iOS 26 introduces a new “Liquid Glass” design language, giving the interface a translucent, sleek appearance. This redesign extends to the lock screen, home screen, and popular apps like Camera and Safari. Safari’s tab bar dynamically shrinks to maximize content, while the Camera app gets a simplified and streamlined interface. This new design will also be implemented on Mac OS, iPad OS, and CarPlay.
The Home Screen has become very expressive with icons and widgets that are customisable. Many apps are more refined visually now to give a more immersive experience to the user.

- Call Screening: Automatically answers calls from unknown numbers, prompting the caller to state their name and reason before your phone rings.
